Module three presents information about technical aspects of test quality: reliability, validity, fairness, and methods of developing standardized tests. Knowledge of these considerations will allow educators to better judge the quality of different testing programs. Some of this information will also be useful in helping teachers assess and improve the quality of their own classroom tests.
