The focus will be on how to integrate the efforts of SEAs, IHEs, LEAs, and IEUs in determining how best to engage teacher in online staff development. Teams will be selected from nine states. Goal II. To engage key individuals from participating in Beta testing a series of online professional development modules developed by the e-Learning Design Lab. The Beta testing will provide feedback on the staff development module design. Participating in the beta testing will give team members experience in online module staff development as background for participating in planning.
